The product is a compound of fatty acid organic amine compounds, used for softening finishing of cotton and its blended fabrics or yarns, and has excellent softening effect.
[Features and advantages]
Excellent stability against alkali, salt and hard water.
Can give fabric or yarn a soft and fluffy feel.
It has little effect on the color and light of the finishing fabric.
Good compatibility with cationic finishing agent, avoid using in the same bath with anionic finishing agent.
[Application range]
Soft finishing of cotton and its blended fabrics or yarns.
[Instructions for use] (recommended 1 to 15-20)
Cold water: Turn on the stirring, slowly add the soft film to the cold water at about 30 ºC according to the ratio, and stir and disperse.
Soak for another 1-2 hours (or overnight), and stir at low speed until completely dissolved.
Hot water ingredients: Turn on the stirring, slowly add the flakes to room temperature water according to the ratio, and slowly raise the temperature to 50-70 ºC.
Stir at low speed until completely dissolved (stir for 40-60 minutes)

Dipping method: 5% diluent 3 ~ 8% (owf)
Bath ratio 1: 6 ~ 10, room temperature ~ 45 ºC for 20min → dehydration → drying → setting (150 ºC × 30 '').
Padding method: 5% diluent 20 ~ 60g / l
Padding working fluid → drying → setting (150 ºC × 30 '').
[Packing and storage]
25kg bag. Store in a cool and ventilated place to prevent heat, moisture and exposure. The shelf life is 6 months.
