By means of charge repulsion effect, it can stabilize dispersion of conductive carbon black, recommended as dispersant in the dispersion of Lithium ion electrode material, obtaining stably stored conductive carbon black slurry. 

Water-based coatings and inks 

Features and Benefits

By means of charge repulsion effect, DS-172 can stabilize dispersion of pigments and fillers, recommended use in formula of water-based conductive coatings and inks, which can increase coatings conductivity, reduce viscosity and improve storage stability.

This additive is recommended to use in producing stable resin-free pigment concentration for preparation of no flooding and floating water-based conductive coatings, especially suitable to superfine powder, super-conductive carbon black, conductive carbon black, etc.

Fumed silica modified

On liquid phase, Toynol DS-172 dispersing agent is added together through grinding, pulping, dusting and drying to get modified powder. The modified powder can provide "instant" dispersion effect while soluble in water.
