Product Description
Formaldehyde-free color fixing agent K-301 is polymerized by polyamine cationic polymers. It is a new formaldehyde-free color fixing agent, suitable for the fixing treatment of reactive and direct dyes.
Characteristics and Advantages:
1.After fixing, the fastness of dyed fabrics to washing and rubbing is obviously improved.
2.Can significantly improve the soaping, perspiration, water immersion and rubbing fastness of dyed products.
3. Effectively improve the color fastness of the dyed fabric without causing discoloration of the fabric.
4. The fixation process of dyed materials that are difficult to fix, such as scarlet and turquoise blue, is particularly prominent.
5. It is quite stable to steam and dry heat, the fabric has little or no color change, and good reproducibility.
6. Improve the fastness of reactive and direct disperse dyes, including washing, perspiration, mercerizing, wet ironing, and washing.
7. Improve wet fastness and washing fastness without affecting the hand feel, sewing performance, or color change.
8. Green environmental protection additives, without APEO, NPEO, formaldehyde, in line with GB, European and American ROHS environmental protection standards.

It is suitable for dyeing with reactive and direct, indigo dyes or fixing finishing after printing.
Dilute and operation process
High-concentration product, 1 open 3, one part of aldehyde-free fixing agent K-301, two parts of water, stir well before use.
Dipping
K-301 open thinner 2-5%(o.w.f)
Bath ratio 1:10
Temperature 40-50ºC
Time 15-30min
When the pH is lower than 6.0, the effect is better.
Padding
K-301 thinning liquid 20-50g/L, one dip and one roll or two dip and two rolls.
