Performance feature:
This product can be diluted in any proportion with water, has multi-functional group. Can get a cross linking reaction with chemical and fabric.

Application:
Applied as cross-linking agent, it could fix printing color by producing a durable protective film in net structure with the adhesive agent of printing paste. Improve the rubbing fastness and scraping resistance, as well as improve the uniformity of printing paste color yield.

Suggested use:
Recipe example:
Emulsifying paste / water, binder, thickener:    Xg
Pigment paste:                                100-200g
Urea:                                          0-400g
Crosslinking fixing agent:                      20-50g
Add water to 1000g in total
Preparation method:

1. According to 1:5 dilute Cross linking fixing agent RG-H035
2. Stir all those of emulsifying paste / water, binder, thickener well, then add  pigment paste into it, finally add the diluted crosslinking fixing agent RG-H305 solution, put to use after full stirred.

Remarks:
After stirred the water and thickener into paste at high speed (Because adding to RG-H035 will make the paste into thin, so the paste can be appropriately thick, in addition to, can reserve little water to dilute RG-H035), then blended with emulsion and pigment paste to stir evenly, finally add the diluted Crosslinking fixing agent RG-H035 solution, put to use after full stirred, appropriate to add thickener after the viscosity reduced.

VI. Packaging and Storage:

1. Package: 25kg, 50kg, 125kg or 160kg plastic drum or in accordance with customers' request.
2. Prevent from insolated and frozen, and stored in a cool, ventilated place, with shelf life of 12 months under room temperature.
