Textile Auxiliary Chemical, JV-318Dry&Wet Rubbing Fastness Improver
1.This product belongs to environmental protection product;
2. The wet rubbing fastness of medium and dark fabric can be improved by 1-2 levels;
3. This product does not affect the color and light, and feels soft after finishing;
4. Strong stability, resistance to acid, alkali, salt and hard water;
5. No demulsification, no stick, simple operation and easy to use;
6. To solve the problem of the same bath with all kinds of functional additives in the back section,
the same bath with color fixing agent and silicone oil can be improved by 0.5-1 level.

Usage method:
1.Spraying technology:Spray 25% of the fabric with an airbrush and dry. (After opening, filter with a 100-200 purpose press cloth and then load the spray gun to prevent clogging of the pipe.)

2.Impregnation  technology :(mainly used for knitting cloth).
Exclusive use of JW-318: dosage 1.0-2.0%(O.W.F).
Bath ratio 1:15-20.
Technological process:Impregnation of dyed fabrics JW-318 50°C×30min (105°C) drying.

3.Padding process:20-50G/L,Soak a rolling,150°C Finalize the drying

This product can be bath with fixing agent, silicone oil, soft oil, but need to be pioneer experiment. The best process formula has been obtained
