Performance features:
This product can be diluted with water in any proportion and has multiple functional groups.Cross - chain reaction with chemicals and fabrics.
This product is mainly used as a crosslinking agent for pigment printing pulp. After the fixing process, it can form a firm protective film with mesh structure with the adhesive in printing pulp, so as to make the printing color firm.It can improve the resistance to friction and rubbing fastness of coating, and help to improve the uniformity of printing paste and color yield.

Pigment printing ink 100 ~ 200 grams
Urinol 0 ~ 400 g
Solid color crosslinking agent rg-h 035 20 ~ 50 g
1000 grams of water
Modulation method:
(1) according to 1:5 dilution of solid color crosslinking agent rg-h035;
(2) emulsion/water, adhesive, thickener stir, then add paint printing color paste to mediate, finally add the diluted solid color crosslinking agent rg-h035 solution, fully stir after use.
Note: thickening agent and water after high-speed mixing paste (because in RG - H035 paste is thinning can get, so some appropriate thick paste, in addition to leave a small amount of water to dilute the RG - H035 use), then stir in emulsion and paste evenly, add diluted the fixation of crosslinking agent RG - H035 solution, used after fully stir, viscosity decrease then increase thickener.
Packaging and storage:
50 kg or 125 kg plastic drum packing, anti-exposure and freezing, stored in a cool and ventilated place, shelf life 1 year.
